These flush doors are made of selected hard wood which is uniformly dried to the required moisture  in  electronic thermic fluid Jet dryers , further tenderized in special  machines  to  make  it  stress  free.  Then  superior  quality liquid phenol formaldehyde  synthetic  resin  is  used to give long lasting 100% BWP bonding. Flush Doors then undergo permanent  type preservative treatment to make them termite and fungus resistant. In the end Flush doors are given a special treatment after the hot  press  to  relieve  it  from  external   stresses  developed  during  the  process  of pressing.
